The HONORS® Program
T he Honors Learning Center's individualized,
academic programs have a proven track record of success. The Honors provides franchisees with educational programs and
delivery systems suitable for 21st century student needs. The goal is for each student to gain
ONE full grade level, based on comprehension skills, after 36 hours of instruction. For every year since 1987, Honors' students,
on average, have gained over TWO full grade levels!
Qualifying Procedures
C onfirmation
of education degrees, current state-certification, criminal background
checks, professional and personal references, financial statement, and
personal interviews.
Training Program
T wo representatives of the
franchised school will receive a training program of up to 10 days that
includes testing and educational programs, business systems,advertising/marketing, and the franchise
manuals. Franchisees pay for their travel expenses, meals, and lodging
during training.
Term of Franchise Agreement
T he Franchise Agreement's
initial term is for 10 years. Two successive renewal terms of 10 years are
options as provided in the Franchise Agreement.
What We Provide
W e
provide the complete curriculum/educational delivery package, the Honors' proprietary materials and
Program Builder software, the operations manuals (business and education), custom designed
U-shaped teaching tables, the start-up marketing package consisting of business cards, letterhead
stationery, envelopes, Honors brochures, Honors multiplication cards, 2 television commercials, 3 radio commercials,
and a variety of print ads.
